    Tiang-Hin Ang is currently the General Manager, Commercial Channel business covering South Asia region for Dell Technologies. In this role, he is responsible for leading the channel organization including driving strategic channel management and developing robust partnerships across the region, which comprises of 4 major countries.

    TH, as he is commonly known, has been with Dell since 2012. Prior to his current role, he was the Asia Pacific Distribution Director in the Dell Global Commercial Channel Organization. He was instrumental in developing the distribution framework and business in Dell.

    Tiang-Hin has close to 30 years of IT industry experience, primarily in the channel space. He has extensive experience running sales organizations in countries like Malaysia and Vietnam. Tiang-Hin has also held Asia-Pacific channel roles in top channel-focused companies like Schneider Electric, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark and Microsoft.

    Chee Wei is accountable for Channel Strategy and Execution in Asia Emerging Markets1 (AEM). His core responsibilities include defining Channel Go To Market (GTM), driving revenue and margin growth in all lines of business of Commercial (PC, Servers, Networking and Storage) and Consumer Products.

    He has 27 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Since joining Dell in 1997, Chee Wei has held a variety of Sales and Marketing leadership positions based in Singapore. Chee Wei started his career in Dell as a Sales Manager and through several career rotations, he moved into more senior leadership roles.

    He actively participates in the Woman in Action Employee Resource Group (ERG) since 2018. It focuses areas include Leadership & Professional Development, Brand Advocacy & Business Impact, Community Engagement, and Women in Technology designed to empower, attract and retain women in Dell Technologies.

    Chee Wei graduated from National University of Singapore where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration.

    Vincent is the General Manager of Dell Technologies Channel business in Singapore, driving both Commercial and Enterprise segments.

    He oversees the transformation strategies to accelerate change through the end-to-end portfolio offerings for all channel partners. He is also leading the growth of essential solution providers, system integrators, service providers and distributors – expanding engagement and collaboration through the diverse partner ecosystem.

    Prior to heading channels at Dell Technologies, Vincent has held leadership roles in sales, channels/alliances, and product management with IBM and Lenovo. He began his career in IBM’s management trainee program and has vast experience in the Government and Channels business, also spearheading new product launches to market.

    Vincent holds a degree (Hons) in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

    A consistent performer and highly experienced senior leader, Pamela Lim has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in Programs, Enablement, Channel and Direct sales. Her journey in IT began as a computer programmer, salesperson and rose through the ranks to a Country General Manager in 2006. After spending more than 15 years in sales, Pamela was offered to expand to a non-sales APJ including Greater China role leading the Enterprise Marketing and Channel Enablement function. As a veteran with 18 years of service at Dell Technologies, she currently leads a team across the APJ region as Senior Director of Channel Strategy and Programs.

    Pamela is a passionate person who strongly believes in teamwork and achieving results in the right way. Known for her ability to connect with people, she believes in people's development and plays an active role and interest in both coaching and mentoring. She strongly upholds the principle of “Do unto others as you would have them do to you” and leadership by example.

    Rakesh Mandal, Senior Director & General Manager for Dell’s Client Solutions Business in South Asia1 and Asia Emerging Markets2 (AEM), is an ICT industry veteran with over two decades of experience working in various growth markets of Asia.

    As the Client Solutions business leader, Rakesh is responsible for the sales and market strategy for the region. He leads multiple teams, spearheading both direct and partner sales, marketing and brand strategy for Dell’s cutting-edge and award-winning client products and solutions.

    Rakesh is a key business partner who provides regional insights to the core sales organization. He is focused on driving sales in an omni-channel environment to customers in the large enterprise, corporate, public, small & medium business and consumer segments.

    In his 15 years at Dell, Rakesh has held various leadership positions in Product & Brand Marketing, Strategy & Business Intelligence and CRM, among other business units. In his last role, Rakesh led Sales Strategy and Planning for Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) supporting the APJ President while holding the additional portfolio of Channel Operations. He was with Compaq and Hewlett-Packard for several years prior to joining Dell and has been recognized with several awards throughout his career.

    Rakesh is an Electronics Engineering graduate with a Management specialization in Marketing and is based out of Singapore.

    Sumash Singh is Senior Director of Data Center Sales for Dell EMC in South Asia.

    He has 20 years’ experience in IT Transformation and Data Center Projects and has recently relocated to Singapore. Serving a regional market, Sumash is frequently traveling to Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand and works with Dell Technologies customers, supporting their IT and Business Transformation initiatives.

    Prior to moving to Singapore, Sumash was the Managing Director of EMC Computer Systems in Malaysia from 2016 to 2017. He was primarily responsible for the Sales and Marketing organization of EMC Computer Systems in Malaysia. Having relocated from South Africa, Sumash engaged with key customers in the Malaysian market and worked with local partners to grow the EMC share of Data Center business, prior to the formalization of Dell EMC.

    Sumash is South African born, having spent most of his career in South Africa working for Multinationals, such as EMC, Symantec and Commvault.

    He was the head of Data Protection Sales and Presales for EMC Southern Africa from 2008 – 2014 working across South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mauritius.

    In 2015, Sumash was appointed Country Manager of Commvault South Africa to grow and develop the South Africa market for the Data Management Software Producer.

    Based in Singapore, Sumash is married to Michelle and has three children. He enjoys cycling, playing tennis and is an avid keen Formula 1 motorsport enthusiast.

    Chin Wah, Mak is the Senior Director, Data Center & Compute Solutions, Dell Technologies, South Asia. Chin Wah spent more than twenty years in the Information Technology industry. He joined Dell Technologies in 2009 and took on the Sales Leadership roles for Services and Dell Networking sales.

    Chin Wah received his degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and an MBA (Hons) from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

    Wee Horng ANG is the Principal Cloud Native Evangelist at VMware.  He joined Pivotal Software Inc, which was acquired by VMware in 2019.   His focus is on digitally transforming entire ecosystems, through processes, enablement, culture and foundation infrastructure change, bringing the maximum benefit to enterprises, educational institutions, and the wider community.

    Prior to Pivotal, Wee Horng was part of the founding team at itBit/Paxos, which started as a 3-member team with a vision of bringing cryptocurrency mainstream, to becoming the first licensed and regulated bitcoin exchange in the US, and subsequently delivering blockchain technologies to be used by top-tier financial institutions.

    At Practo, a Sequoia Capital-funded startup, Wee Horng kick-started their international expansion, bringing and building upon cloud medical software from India to the international markets. 

    At Infocomm Investments, he focused on both strategic investments and financial returns, investing in multiple local and regional early-stage opportunities.  As Investment Manager, Wee Horng led the investment thesis that led to the investment into Twilio at an early stage, together with Union Square Ventures and Bessemer Ventures.

    A recipient of the IDA Scholarship, Wee Horng graduated from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering.  He also obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Systems from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

    Rajender Bedi is TSS of Enterprise Clients and Security Products at Intel. He leads commercial client sales for Intel’s end-point products such as Intel® vPro™ and Intel® Optane in Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) regions. He is the regional lead for Intel security products such as Intel® Hardware Shield and Intel® AMT. Prior to this role, Rajender has done various technology enablement roles in Intel, responsible for product development, key technology enablement, and execution of key ecosystem innovation programs for Intel’s products ranging from Servers to Business Clients. Rajender has been with Intel since 2003, during this course, he has also technically supported all the major OEMs. Rajender overall IT industry experience of 27yrs. Rajender holds Engineering degree from YMCA Institute of Engineering.

His role encompasses solution sales, strategic alliances and go-to-market execution. Prior to joining Microsoft, Cheah built an exceptional track record over 15 years with multiple multinational corporations for Data Center solution throughout South Asia region. While during his tenure in multinational corporations, he had held senior role across region from technical sales, technical consultation to storage solutions.
